Sometimes it looks like this: Constant anxiety that has no clear cause. Reaching for substances, food, scrolling, or sex to decompress. Losing yourself in relationships. Feeling numb, blocked, or chronically unfulfilled. Overthinking. Self-sabotage. Never feeling good enough no matter what you achieve. Trouble trusting yourself. Patterns you understand completely, and still can't seem to stop.

 

These aren't personality flaws. They're signals. And they all point to the same place.

I've been in the stuck place too.

I'm Danielle. For a long time I didn't know what it felt like to just be okay in my own skin. To feel good, confident, free — without needing something or someone outside of myself to get me there.

I outsourced it in every direction. Substances. Relationships. Anything that could make me feel like myself when I didn't know how to get there on my own.

I spent years trying to figure out why I kept ending up in the same place, even when I genuinely wanted things to be different. And when I finally found work that went to the actual root of it — that touched what was underneath, and changed how my body actually responded — everything shifted. Not because I tried harder. Because something that had been running in the background finally resolved.

That's what brought me here. I know what it feels like to be stuck in patterns you can't seem to shake. And I know what it feels like when they actually move.

I'm a certified IEMT practitioner with training in trauma awareness, somatic work, and parts work. I work with people who are done reaching outside themselves for relief — and ready to find out what's available when you finally come back to you.
